Emirates National Oil Company Limited (ENOC) has announced a partnership agreement with South African company ‘Shop Beat to increase customer interaction and provide an exceptional shopping experience at the company’s ZOOM convenience stores.

Through this collaboration, ZOOM gains access to Shop Beat’s audio service in-store which integrates music, commercial messages, broadcasts and times of prayer.

According to ENOC, the new audio technology is designed to revolutionize ZOOM’s retail experience for customers.

Audio Technology – Revolutionizing Customer Experience

Implementing the technology is expected to enhance the customer’s daily experience by providing an experience that informs and entertains customers. It is also designed to alter how consumers engage with companies and their products.

ZOOM is available across the nation in a range of formats. Its convenience stores in service stations are found at most of the ENOC and EPPCO’s petrol stations.

The mini-marts and stores of the chain are available in the Dubai Metro network. The chain store is an enormous standalone supermarket in several residential communities, such as The Sustainable City, JLT, and Expo City Dubai.

The retail advertising industry is rapidly gaining popularity as more retailers and stores put DOOH screens within their stores.

The campaign has also travelled into gas and gas stations, with ENOC’s rival Emarat recently announcing a new partnership with Pyxis, an agency for a company that manages brands based out of Abu Dhabi.

The collaboration aims to tap the potential of digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising options on Emarat service stations by utilizing their digital signage services.
